1. Do all products include personalisation?
Not all products are personalised.
Products that offer personalisation will clearly display customisation options on the product page.
2. How does personalisation work?
For products that offer personalisation, you can add names, dates, or custom text directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Please review all details carefully, as personalised items are produced based on the information provided at checkout.
3. Can I preview my personalised design before ordering?
Some products offer a preview to give you an idea of how your design may look.
Please note that previews are for guidance only and the final product may vary slightly in layout, size, or positioning.
Not all products include a preview, but all designs are carefully prepared before production.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
If production has not yet started, we may be able to update or cancel your order.
Once production has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
5. What happens if I make a spelling or formatting mistake?
Personalised items are created exactly as entered by the customer at checkout.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, replacements, or refunds for spelling or formatting errors provided by the customer.

Due to the personalised nature of these products, returns and exchanges are not accepted, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
2. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Can I return a non-personalised item?
Return eligibility for non-personalised items is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

1. How do I use a discount code?

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

No, discount codes cannot be combined.
