Each mug is personalised to order by Laren Craft in the UK using sublimation printing for a smooth, vibrant finish. Whether you are creating a birthday gift, family photo mug, pet memorial mug, office mug or custom logo mug, your design is carefully prepared from the details and images you provide.

You can personalise your mug with text, photos, images or a logo. This mug can include a design on the front, the back, or both sides depending on the layout you choose.
For the best result, please upload clear, high-quality images and check all spelling before placing your order. Blurry, dark or low-resolution photos may not print as sharply, so bright and clear images are recommended.

Care Instructions
This mug is suitable for everyday use. For the longest-lasting finish, we recommend washing with care and avoiding abrasive scrubbers over the printed area. Microwave use is suitable for the ceramic mug, but avoid sudden extreme temperature changes.
UK delivery
Free UK shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail Tracked 24 may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Production time
Most orders are made, personalised or prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, production may take slightly longer.
Personalised orders
Personalised items are made specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
