Each apron is personalised to order by Laren Craft in our Cheshire studio using the details you provide. For the best result, simple and bold designs work best. Very fine lines, tiny text, gradients, complex artwork or low-resolution images may not reproduce as clearly on fabric. If you are uploading a logo, please use a clean file with strong contrast where possible.

- Please check all spelling, names, dates and uploaded files carefully before placing your order.
Care Instructions
Machine wash cold or at a low temperature where possible. Do not bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on a low setting if suitable. Avoid ironing directly over the personalised area; if ironing is needed, iron on the reverse side only.
Good to Know
Each apron is made to order using the personalisation details you provide. Short wording, clear logos and simple artwork usually give the cleanest result. Accessories, clothing, props and background items shown in product images are not included.
UK delivery
Free UK shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail Tracked 24 may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Production time
Most orders are made, personalised or prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, production may take slightly longer.
Personalised orders
Personalised items are made specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
