For the best result, simple and bold designs work best. Very fine lines, tiny text, gradients, complex artwork or low-resolution images may not reproduce as clearly on fabric. If you are uploading a logo, please use a clean file with strong contrast where possible. Printing is done by sublimation, so the design is bonded into the fabric rather than sitting on top of it and will not peel or crack in the wash.

Care Instructions
Machine wash at a normal or low temperature and dry quickly. Do not bleach, do not dry clean and do not tumble dry, as this can damage the fabric. Avoid ironing directly over the personalised area; if ironing is needed, iron on the reverse side only.

Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
- What size is the apron?
- Roughly 84 cm long including the neck strap and 68 cm wide. It is a unisex one-size cut with two large front pockets, so it fits most adults without adjustment beyond the ties.
- Will the printed name peel or crack in the wash?
- No. The design is applied by sublimation, which bonds the ink into the polyester fibres rather than sitting on the surface, so there is no layer to lift, crack or peel however often you wash it.
- Can I upload my own logo instead of text?
- Yes. Upload a clear, high-contrast image at checkout. Simple bold logos reproduce best on fabric; very fine lines, tiny lettering and gradients tend to soften.
- How do I wash it?
- Machine wash at a normal or low temperature and dry quickly. Do not bleach, dry clean or tumble dry. If it needs ironing, iron on the reverse only, never over the printed area.
- How long will it take to arrive?
- It is printed to order in Cheshire, usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery is free on every order with no minimum spend.
- Can I return it if I typed the name wrong?
- No. Because the apron is printed with your wording it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, so please read your spelling back before checkout.
