Your design is made to order by Laren Craft in the UK. Upload a clear pet photo, add a name or choose a short message to create a clean, minimal tote bag that feels personal without being overdesigned.

Personalisation
You can personalise your tote bag with a pet portrait, name, initials, short quote, simple logo or line art style design. Pet portraits work best when the photo is clear, well lit and shows the face or full outline of the pet without too much background detail.
This product is designed for clean, single-colour artwork. Very fine lines, tiny text, complex backgrounds, gradients or low-quality images may not produce the best result, so simple designs are recommended.

How to Order
- Enter the name, quote or wording you would like on the bag.
- Upload a clear pet photo, logo or simple image if your design includes artwork.
- Choose your preferred design colour and position where available.
- Please check all spelling and personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
Care Instructions
Spot clean gently where possible. If needed, hand wash carefully with mild detergent and air dry flat. Do not tumble dry, bleach or scrub directly over the personalised area. If ironing, iron on the reverse side only and avoid the printed design.
Good to know
- Only the tote bag is included. Props and styling items in the photos are there to show scale and ideas.
- Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or phone.
- Each one is made to order, so small variations in print placement are possible. Measurements are approximate (±3 mm).

Free UK shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail Tracked 24 may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Production time
Most orders are made, personalised or prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, production may take slightly longer.
Personalised orders
Personalised items are made specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
