What you can put on things
A name, initials, a date, a short message, a photo, or a business logo. Which of those you get varies by product, and each product page lists its own options. Most items include a live preview, so you can see the layout before you pay for it.
What actually works
Short wording prints larger and reads better across a room. Bold, simple text beats fine script. One clear face beats a group shot — on an 11oz mug the print area is roughly a postcard wrapped around a curve, so fourteen people at a wedding becomes a smudge. And if what you send looks like a mistake, you'll get a message before anything is printed, not after.
The practical bits
