This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the processing and delivery of orders placed with Laren Craft Ltd.
1. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the UK.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
Because many of our products are handcrafted and personalised, processing times vary by item type:
- Standard (Non-Personalised) Items: Processed within 1–3 business days.
- Personalised & Bespoke Items: These require dedicated craftsmanship and are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Order processing time is the time taken to prepare your order before it is handed over to the courier.
3. Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time within the UK is:
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days.
Total Estimated Time: Processing Time + Delivery Time. While we aim to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) or due to courier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and dimensions and are displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.
5. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Where available, this email will include tracking details from our partner carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri).
6. Customer Responsibility (Incorrect Address)
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Laren Craft Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
7. Missing or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of receiving your dispatch notification, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@larencraft.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
