3. Products and Personalisation

We make every effort to display our handcrafted products accurately. Please note:

  • Handmade Nature: Minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and are not defects.
  • Bespoke Items: You are responsible for the accuracy of any personalisation details provided. Once a personalised order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
  • Availability: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders and Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A legally binding contract is formed when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (for example, due to pricing errors or stock issues). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and exclude delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and account information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the goods to your address.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Our returns policy follows the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • Non-Personalised Items: You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Personalised/Bespoke Items: These are exempt from the right to cancel and may only be returned if faulty or damaged.

Your purchase contract is solely with Laren Craft Ltd. Shopify bears no responsibility or liability for transactions conducted through our store.
