Each sign is made to order by Laren Craft in Cheshire from the details you send. There is no minimum order and no setup fee — one sign is as welcome as ten, so a single café can order exactly what it needs.

Send us a link, not a QR code
You do not need to generate anything yourself. Send the web address — your menu, booking page, Google review link, Instagram profile or playlist — and the QR code is generated and positioned for you, then checked before printing. If you would rather supply your own code or logo, upload a clear, high-resolution file.
Simple, single-colour designs print most cleanly on acrylic. Very fine lines, tiny text and low-resolution logos lose definition, so send the cleanest file you have. If the artwork looks likely to print badly, you will hear from us before it goes to print rather than after.

Ordering more than one
Fitting out a café, salon or a run of wedding tables? Set the quantity and list what each sign should say — one per line — and they will be made and packed together. There is no minimum and no maximum. For a larger set against a fixed date, email support@larencraft.com first so the timing can be confirmed before you order.
How to Order
- Choose what the sign is for: WiFi details, a QR code, a logo, or your own text.
- Enter the wording, and paste the web address if you want a QR code generated.
- Upload a clear logo or image if your design includes artwork.
- Please check the spelling, the WiFi password and any link carefully before placing your order — a QR code is only as good as the address behind it.
Care Instructions
Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths and soaking the wooden base.
Good to know
- Only the sign and wooden base are included. Props and styling items in the photos are there to show scale and ideas.
- Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or phone.
- Each one is made to order, so small variations in print placement are possible. Measurements are approximate (±3 mm).
- The QR code is generated from the link you send us.

Personalised orders
Personalised items are prepared specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

- Yes. Upload a clear, high-resolution file. If you would rather not generate one yourself, provide the link and it can be created for you.
- What kind of design prints best on acrylic?
- Simple, single-colour designs print most cleanly. Fine detail and gradients are less reliable on this surface and at this size.
- How do I clean it?
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. Avoid abrasive cloths and solvents, which will scratch or cloud acrylic.
- How long will it take to arrive?
- Made to order in Cheshire and usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, then sent Royal Mail Tracked. UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum quantity and no setup fee.
- Is it returnable?
- Not once printed with your details, unless it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.
