Delivery & returns
There is no minimum order and no setup fee: one 9 cm mug rug with a single name on it is set up exactly like a run of eight for a whole office, so ordering one for a work bestie is no harder than kitting out the team. Your coaster is made to order and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, with free UK delivery on every order and no minimum spend. If a word in your quote looks like a typo, or an uploaded logo is too small to come out crisply at 9 cm, we will ask you about it before printing. A coaster carrying your own wording cannot be returned for a change of mind, but if it arrives faulty or not as ordered, get in touch within 14 days and we will put it right.

- Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or phone.
