How to Order
- Choose your tumbler colour where available.
- Enter the name, quote, date or wording you would like on the tumbler.
- Upload a clear logo or simple image if your design includes artwork.
- Select your preferred text colour, font style and placement where available.
- Please check all spelling, names, dates and uploaded files carefully before placing your order.
Care Instructions
Hand wash only. Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid soaking, harsh scrubbing, bleach or abrasive cleaners, especially over the personalised area. Do not use with open flames or direct high heat.
Take care when using very hot drinks. Allow steam to escape before fully closing the lid and keep the tumbler upright during use. The lid is designed for everyday drinking and splash reduction, but it should not be treated as fully spill-proof when placed in a bag.
Good to Know
Each tumbler is made to order using the personalisation details you provide. Short names, clear wording and simple artwork usually give the cleanest result. If uploading a logo, please choose a high-quality file with strong contrast and avoid very small details.
UK delivery
Free UK shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Royal Mail Tracked 24 may be available at checkout for faster delivery.
Production time
Most orders are made, personalised or prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch. During busy seasonal periods, production may take slightly longer.
Personalised orders
Personalised items are made specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
