Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Laren Craft Ltd are prepared and delivered.

1. Shipping destination

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order processing time

  • Personalised and bespoke items: normally prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch.
  • Non-personalised items: normally prepared within 1–3 working days before dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy seasonal periods or where customer confirmation is needed for supplied artwork or personalisation details. Any different product-specific estimate will be shown on the product page before ordering.

3. Delivery estimates

After dispatch, standard UK delivery is normally estimated at 2–4 working days. Any express option and its current estimate will be shown at checkout where available.

Total estimated time is the processing time plus the delivery time. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by seasonal demand or carrier delays.

4. Shipping costs

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Any optional faster service and its charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Dispatch and tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order has been sent. Tracking details will be included where the selected delivery service provides them. Carriers may include Royal Mail or Evri depending on the order and service available.

6. Incorrect addresses

Please check the delivery address and contact details supplied at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.

7. Missing or damaged parcels

If an order has not arrived within 10 working days of the dispatch confirmation, or arrives damaged, contact support@larencraft.com with the order number and photographs where relevant.
