Delivery & returns
There is no minimum order and no setup fee: one named bookmark is made the same way as a set of thirty for a whole class, so a single teacher thank-you is just as welcome as a bulk order. Your bookmark is usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, and there is free UK delivery on every order with no minimum spend. If a name looks like it has a typo in it, or an uploaded icon is too small to print crisply at 15 cm x 3 cm, we will check with you before printing. Personalised bookmarks cannot be returned for a change of mind, but if yours arrives faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will put it right.
Good to know
- Only the bookmark is included. Props and styling items in the photos are there to show scale and ideas.
- Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or phone.
- Each one is made to order, so small variations in print placement are possible. Measurements are approximate (±3 mm).

- Keep it dry and handle with care. It is printed card rather than laminated board, so moisture is the main thing to avoid.
- Can I add a small icon or logo?
- Yes. Upload a simple icon or artwork — bold, single-colour shapes read best at this size.
- Can I return it?
- No. Personalised bookmarks cannot be returned for a change of mind, only if they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered.
