Personalisation
You can personalise your pouch with a name, initials, short phrase or simple wording. You can also add one optional 3D puff print icon, such as a heart, apple, coffee cup or lipstick, depending on the design options available.
The optional puff icon is a raised detail produced in a single colour, usually red for the best contrast. Text is printed separately and can be customised with your chosen wording, font style and colour where available. Not every design includes a puff icon — a clean text-only pouch is just as popular.
For the best result, please keep names and phrases short. Very long wording, tiny text or highly detailed artwork may not fit clearly on this product. If you are requesting a logo or custom icon, please provide a simple, clear image with strong outlines.

Care Instructions
Hand wash gently in cool water where needed and allow to air dry. Do not bleach, tumble dry or scrub directly over the personalised area.
If ironing is required, iron on the reverse side only. Do not iron directly over the printed design or the puff icon, as high heat can affect the finish and personalisation.

Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
