Jute is the material worth choosing here. It is a natural fibre with a visible woven texture, so the bag looks like something you would carry on purpose rather than a plastic carrier you were handed at the till. The wide flat base and deep gusset mean it stands up on its own on a kitchen worktop or in a car boot, which makes loading it one-handed far easier than a floppy tote.

Personalisation
Start by choosing a design type — text only, an image on its own, or text combined with an image. Then type the wording you would like, pick one of six font styles (Script, Serif, Block, Display, Mono or Hand) and choose your text colour. Script and Hand sit naturally with the wildflower artwork; Block and Serif suit a surname or a household name like “The Smiths”.
Short wording prints larger and reads better across a market stall or a car park. A first name, a surname or two or three words is the sweet spot. The field accepts up to 250 characters, but a long sentence has to shrink to fit the panel and loses the clarity that makes a personalised bag worth carrying.

Uploading artwork? Use a clear PNG, JPEG or SVG file up to 15 MB. Simple designs with strong lines and good contrast reproduce best. The design is printed into the laminated front panel rather than sitting on top of it, so it will not peel away at the corners the way an applied sticker or badge does.

Delivery & Returns
Made to order in Cheshire and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no minimum order and no setup fee: one jute bag carrying a single surname is printed on exactly the same terms as a dozen for a market stall. Personalised bags cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered, so please read your wording back before adding to your basket. Personalised orders
Personalised items are prepared specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

- Will the printed name peel off the front?
- No. The design is printed into the laminated front panel rather than sitting on top of it, so it will not peel away at the corners like an applied sticker or badge.
- How is it personalised?
- Your name is set into a vintage wildflower design. Type the wording exactly as you want it, choose one of six font styles and pick your text colour.
- Can I return it?
- Not once it carries your printed wording, unless it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.
