Measuring approximately 31 × 25 × 13 cm, the semi-transparent bag is roomy enough for a mug and a candle, a jewellery box, a bottle, a small hamper or a whole back-to-school set. It stands up on its own, which makes it easy to fill and genuinely lovely to photograph.
Add a name, or leave it plain
Type a name into the personalisation box and we will apply it to the outside of the bag in black vinyl, in whichever of the six lettering styles you choose. Leave the box blank and the bag arrives plain. Both come at the same price, so it is entirely up to you.
Please type the name exactly as you would like it to appear — it is copied directly from your order, so do check the spelling before you check out.
What you get
The presentation bag on its own, with its ribbon. Mugs, jewellery boxes, flowers, shredded paper and anything else shown inside the bag in the photographs are styling only, to give a sense of what it holds — none of it is included.

Personalised orders
Personalised items are prepared specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
- How big is the bag, really?
- Approximately 31 cm wide, 25 cm high and 13 cm deep. That comfortably takes a standard mug plus a candle and filling, a jewellery box, a bottle of prosecco laid flat, or a whole back-to-school set. It is a presentation bag rather than a small gift bag — most people are surprised by the size when it arrives.
- Is anything included inside the bag?
- No. You are buying the bag and its ribbon. The mugs, jewellery boxes, flowers and shredded paper in the photographs are styling only, there to show what the bag holds. Fill it with whatever you like — several of our own products are sized to sit inside it neatly.
- Do I have to add a name?
- Not at all. Leave the personalisation box blank and the bag arrives plain. The price is the same either way, so add a name only if you want one.
- Where does the name go, and what does it look like?
- On the outside front panel, applied in black vinyl, usually centred just below the ribbon. Choose from six lettering styles, or leave it to us and we will pick one that suits the wording. If you would like it somewhere else, say so in the notes box.
- Is it reusable?
- Yes, and that is most of the point. It wipes clean, the ribbon unties and reties, and it folds flat for storage between occasions. A lot of people keep them and use them again for the next birthday.
- Can I post a gift in it?
- Not on its own. It is a presentation bag, not protective postal packaging, so if it is going in the post it needs to travel inside a box.
- Can I return it if the name is wrong?
- Not once a name has been applied — personalised items are made to your order, so they cannot be resold. Please read the name back before you check out. A plain bag ordered with no personalisation can be returned unused in the normal way.
- Do you do larger quantities for weddings or businesses?
- Yes. Send us a message with the quantity and what you need on them and we will come back to you — bridal parties, corporate gifting and small-business packaging are all things we do regularly.
