Every September the same thing happens: a water bottle, a lunch box and a jumper go into school, and two of them come back. These personalised name labels are the cheapest fix for that problem, and they look considerably better than a name written on masking tape in biro.
Each sheet carries the same name at several sizes — large labels for lunch boxes and bottles, medium ones for notebooks and folders, small ones for pencils and stationery, plus This Belongs To labels and matching themed stickers. Printed, laminated and hand-finished by Laren Craft in Cheshire.

The exact layout and sticker sizes vary a little with the design you choose and the length of the name — a four-letter name fits differently to a nine-letter one, and we lay the sheet out to suit.
Personalisation
Enter the name exactly as you want it printed, including capital letters. The same name is used throughout the sheet in different sizes and styles.
If you chose Custom Design, describe your idea and upload any artwork — a photo, a drawing, a logo, a favourite character style or a colour theme that matches the rest of your child's school kit. Simple designs with strong lines reproduce best, and please only send artwork you own or have permission to use. We will come back to you if anything needs clarifying before printing.

How to Apply
- Clean the surface and make sure it is smooth, dry and free from dust or grease.
- Peel the label and press it down firmly from the centre outwards.
- Leave it about 24 hours before washing the item or getting it wet.
They work best on smooth surfaces — plastic, metal, glass and coated notebook covers. They are not recommended for textured plastic, fabric or silicone, where nothing sticks well for long.
Care
- Water-resistant rather than fully waterproof
- Hand wash bottles and lunch boxes; do not soak
- Do not scrub directly over the sticker
- Avoid the dishwasher
Delivery & Returns
Printed to order in Cheshire and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered, so please double-check the spelling of the name. Our customisation policy has the full detail.
Good to know
- Only the sticker sheet is included. The bottles, notebooks, lunch boxes and pencil cases in the photos show the labels in use.
- Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or phone.
- Longer names may be resized slightly to fit the design.

Personalised orders
Personalised items are prepared specifically using the details you provide, so please check names, dates, spelling, colours and uploaded images carefully before placing your order. Personalised products cannot usually be returned unless they arrive faulty or there has been an error on our side.
Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help with a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
- Are the stickers dishwasher safe?
- No. They are water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, so hand wash bottles and lunch boxes, do not soak them, and do not scrub directly over the sticker.
- What is the difference between the two finishes?
- Both have a protective laminate. The holographic finish adds a rainbow shimmer that catches the light, which is the version most children pick.
- Can I have my own design?
- Yes. Choose Custom Design and send your own theme, artwork, colours, character style or logo, and the sheet is designed around it.
