A tumbler is one of the few birthday presents that gets used on the day it is given and then every day after. It is the cup that goes to the desk, the car and the gym, and a name on it settles the question of whose it is in an office kitchen without anyone having to ask.
The photograph shows the cream and pink floral wrap printed Charlotte in a gold script. The print goes all the way round the cup rather than sitting on one face, so the name is readable whichever way it is picked up — which sounds like a small thing until you own a mug where it is not true.
You choose the wording, the font from six styles and the text colour. A first name in a script is the classic choice for a birthday; initials in a block font suit someone who would rather it were subtle. A date or a milestone line such as “Thirty” can go underneath the name.
It is double-wall vacuum insulated, keeps hot drinks hot up to twelve hours and cold drinks cold up to eight, and the slim profile fits most car cup holders. A clear flip-top lid, a reusable steel straw, a cleaning brush and a silicone base are included.
Hand wash only — it is not dishwasher safe, and the printed area is the part to protect.
Personalisation
Choose a design type first — text only, a logo or icon on its own, or text combined with a logo. Then type your wording exactly as you want it printed, pick one of six font styles (Script, Serif, Block, Display, Mono or Hand) and choose your text colour. Script and Hand suit names and warm, informal wording; Block and Mono suit initials, sports and business use; Serif and Display suit anything that should look a little more formal.
Short wording prints larger and reads better from across a room. “Sarah” fills the panel comfortably; “Sarah’s Morning Coffee Cup” has to shrink to fit the same space. The text field accepts up to 120 characters, but it is worth reading your wording back and cutting anything the recipient would not miss.

If you are uploading artwork, use a clear PNG, JPEG or SVG file up to 5 MB. Simple, bold, single-colour designs reproduce best on a curved surface. Very fine lines, gradients and photographs are much harder to keep crisp as the print wraps around the cup, so if you have a photo or a detailed design in mind, get in touch first and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.
The design is printed into the tumbler’s coated surface rather than sitting on top of it, so it will not peel at the edges or crack with use.

Care Instructions
Hand wash only, in warm water with a soft cloth or the included brush. This tumbler is not dishwasher safe and is not microwave safe. Avoid abrasive scourers, bleach and prolonged soaking, and take particular care not to scrub over the printed area. Wash the straw with the cleaning brush after drinks that leave residue, and leave the lid off to dry so nothing is trapped inside.
Delivery & Returns
Made to order in Cheshire and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There is no minimum order and no setup fee: one 20oz tumbler with a single name on it is set up and printed exactly the same way as six matching cups for a hen party. Because this tumbler is printed with your wording it cannot be returned unless it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered — which is why it is worth checking your spelling twice before you add it to your basket.
