Personalisation
Type the name exactly as you want it, including capital letters, and pick a lettering style. The photos show two of the looks: a flowing script on the Emily bag and a rounded print on the Noah bag. Shorter names print largest; longer names are resized to fit the print area so the design stays balanced.

Delivery & Returns
Made to order in Cheshire and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. UK standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. For Halloween, please order early to leave time for delivery. Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered, so please double-check the spelling of the name. Our customisation policy has the full detail.
Good to know
- The bag is supplied empty. Sweets, toys, books and props in the photos are there for styling and scale.
- This bag has drawstring cords. Adult supervision is recommended for young children. Keep away from fire, candles and lit pumpkins.
- Colours can look slightly different on screen depending on your monitor or phone.
- Each bag is personalised to order, so small variations in print placement are possible. Measurements are approximate.

Non-personalised returns
For non-personalised items, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

- Is anything included inside the bag?
- No. The bag is supplied empty. The sweets, soft toy and book in the photographs are styling only, there to show what the bag holds.
- How long can the name be?
- Up to 20 characters. Shorter names print largest; longer names are resized to fit the print area so the design stays balanced.
- Which lettering styles can I choose?
- Pick from six lettering styles in the personalisation box. The photos show two of the looks: a flowing script on the Emily bag and a rounded print on the Noah bag.
- Will it arrive before Halloween?
- Each bag is made to order in Cheshire and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, with free UK delivery. Please order early in October to leave time for delivery.
- Is it suitable for young children?
- The bag has drawstring cords, so adult supervision is recommended for young children. Keep it away from fire, candles and lit pumpkins.
- Can I return it?
- Not once it carries a personalised name, unless it arrives faulty or is not what you ordered. Please read the name back before you check out.
- Can I order bags for a whole class or party?
- Yes. Send us a message with the quantity and the names and we will come back to you.
