Why things end up here

Honestly: a colour that sells slower than its twin, a seasonal line past its peak, or a piece being rotated out to make bench time for new products. Nothing in this collection is a second or a misprint — personalised items are still made fresh to your order after you buy, so there is no old stock to clear in the usual sense. That is also why a reduced personalised piece still takes the normal 1–3 working days to make: it does not exist until you order it.

If you want the reduced price but aren't ready to decide on wording, order with just a first name — short wording prints larger and dates the least. The mug wording guide has 50 tested ideas if you change your mind before checkout.
