Iced Coffee Glass Sets for Hen Weekends and Birthday Tables

Personalised iced coffee glasses with names, ordered as a set

A set of personalised iced coffee glasses, each with a different name, is the gift that becomes the photograph: six glasses lined up with the mimosas on the wedding morning, eight on a birthday table, ten on a team's shelf. This is how to order a set so that it arrives as a set, and what to print so it reads as one.

How the set ordering works

There is no minimum, no maximum and no set-up fee. Set the quantity to the number of glasses, and in the personalisation box list one name per line, in the order you want them packed. Each glass is printed with its own name and the set is packed together. Choose the same font and colour for the whole set; the names are the variation, the style is the match.

Listing the names

Copy them from the group chat, typed, not from memory. Zoë keeps her umlaut, Siobhán her accent and Aoife her spelling; we print exactly what is typed. For a hen set, decide once whether it is first names or first names with roles ("Sophie · Bridesmaid") and apply it to every glass; a mix looks like a mistake. One glass for the bride with "Bride" and the rest with names is the classic.

Designs that match as a set

  • Names only, Script, one colour: the cleanest and the most-ordered.
  • Names in Block with a shared line underneath: "Amy's hen · Lisbon 2026" on every glass, name above.
  • A shared icon or logo with names: a café or a team; single-colour logo, name beneath.
  • Numbers or dates for a birthday table: "Est. 1996" on each, name above, for a 30th.

Simple, bold, one colour: glass punishes fine detail, so keep script names short and avoid gradients. The full wording list is in what to write on a personalised iced coffee glass.

The glass itself

13 oz borosilicate, about 13.5 cm tall and 6 cm wide, with a lid and a reusable glass straw. Borosilicate takes ice and fridge-cold drinks without the thermal shock that cracks cheaper glass; it is still glass and will break if dropped. Hand-wash only, which suits glasses that come out for occasions. For cold drinks, not boiling coffee.

Packing and carrying a set

They arrive packed together. For a hen weekend, carry them in the box and unpack at the house; for a birthday table, unbox the day before and line them up. A named presentation bag per glass makes each one a place setting and a favour.

Timing

Everything is printed to order in Cheshire, usually dispatched within one to three working days, with free UK delivery. For a set of twelve or more with a fixed date, email support@larencraft.com with the date before ordering so the timing is confirmed. Because each glass carries the name you type, the set cannot be returned for a spelling change; read the list back once. More for the group is in hen party gifts under £15 and bridesmaid gifts under £20.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for a set of personalised glasses?
No minimum, no maximum and no set-up fee. Set the quantity and list one name per line; for twelve or more with a fixed date, email first.

How do I make a set of glasses match?
Same font, same colour, same layout on every glass; the names are the only variation. Names in Script in one colour is the cleanest set.

Can the iced coffee glasses go in the dishwasher?
No; hand-wash only, because the design is printed on the outside of the glass. They are for cold drinks and take ice without cracking.
